I went on the full-day private charter to Lalibela with one family member. They were great about sending details before the trip on what to expect, and all the staff were so professional-the gentleman at the counter escorted us all the way to the plane and was waiting for us with umbrellas on our return to a rainy Addis, the pilot Andre was great and the wonderful tour guide Leul who took us around was very knowledgable and very thoughful of one older lady who was part of our group. It's very rare to have a hassle-free flight anywhere these days but they managed it. I hope they organize more trips like this, I would definitely be interested in seeing more of the country with them.
